All orders must be payed in full prior to being sent out. For new accounts, a 50% deposit is required at the start of production with the remainder payed before shipping.

The minimum for a New Stockist Opening Wholesale Order is $500 USD (before any appliciple taxes & shipping fees).



The production start times for orders placed during New York Bridal Fashion Week tradeshow are May 1st, 2020 (Spring Show) & October 23rd, 2020 (Fall Show).

All Bekah Anne jewelry & accessories are handcrafted within our Vancouver Island studio & as such, take a certain amount of time & care to be made.

Please refer to the below timeline as a reference only. Specific turnaround times can be found within the Shipping Details of each piece on the Product Pages.

On average, our turnaround times for wholesale orders is 4-5 weeks.


Note that the following lead times do not include the shipping/transit times:

In Stock, Ready-To-Ship - 3-4 business days.

Made to Order - 3-5 weeks.

Out of Stock - 6-8 weeks.


The above times are not applicable to Custom or Modified Orders. Please see Custom Orders section for more details.


If you would like to confirm exact turnaround times on specific items, we ask that you contact us via email prior to placing your order.

We are happy to create a custom piece or adjust an existing design from our collection to better suit your boutiques unique style.

Personalized Orders include modifications to color, length, size & slight style adjustments.

Custom Requests include re-working vintage pieces such as brooches, heirloom pearls or antique elements into your piece, or envisioning something completely one of a kind.

Please allow an additional 2-6 week turnaround time for all custom or personalized orders.
Turnaround time estimates are for the time required to make your order and do not include shipping times. An additional Custom Order Fee may be applied to create bespoke or brand new designs outside of our existing collections.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed during the next business day.


Canadian customers will be charged taxes in accordance to their Provincial Tax laws at checkout.

If you reside within the United States, Puerto Rico or Mexico, there is a good chance that your shipmint is elligible to receive reduced or eliminated duty as specified by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). We're experts at filling these forms, so there's no extra paperwork on your part :)




Additional shipping charges due to taxes, duty or tariffs could be charged by your country's Customs. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and not shown in the price of your purchase at the time of checkout.

refunds + exchanges

Our items are individually handcrafted to order. Therefore all sales are final once an order is placed.

All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before shipping. If you have received an incorrect product, or if it arrives damaged, please notify us via email within 48 hours from the time of receipt at

After 48 hours, any damages to the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Simply select this option during the check out process to be notified to changes in your orders status.

Additionally, we'll email you updates when we receive your order, it goes into production & when it's ready to ship out.

what forms of payment do you accept?

We are pleased to accept credit & debit cards for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal & ApplyPlay.  


is my billing information secure?

The long answer: We are PCI Compliant & our entire site (not just our checkout pages) are protected by Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key of 256-bits; the highest strength commercially available. All pages, content, credit card and transaction information are protected by the same level of security used by banks.

The short answer: Yes! Absolutely :)


Once your order is processed online; you will be sent an automated email confirmation with an attached invoice. Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder! If you don't receive your confirmation notification within an hour, please contact us to confirm we received your order.

Once production is completed, you'll receive an email from us notifying that your order has shipped. Depending on the shipping/courier method you selected at checkout; you will be able to track progress online via CanadaPost or USPS.

If you are placing a large order & have a specific delivery date, we highly recommend not waiting until the very last minute.

While we will do everything in our power to meet your time requirements, our pieces are handcrafted & as such, take time & attention to detail to create. If possible, we recommend placing your wholesale order 2 months prior to the date in which you will need it. 

Please note, our busiest times for order fulfillment are May & November, when we put our new collections into production after NY Bridal Fashion Week.

All our accessories; from our most dainty hairpins to our largest statement necklaces are designed & handcrafted within our artisan atelier on Canada's West Coast of Vancouver Island.

All of our metal electroplating is outsourced to a team of skilled craftsman in Rhode Island; what was once the jewelry capital of the world.

No. While we are happy to create custom designs to your specifications; we will never intentionally replicate or copy the work of another designer.


Each Bekah Anne purchase arrives in a protective box or velvet pouch along with a Product Care booklet. If cared for properly, your pieces will be a beautiful and lasting treasure for generations to come.
Pieces should be kept free of perfumes, hair spray & other cosmetics.

Keep your Bekah Anne pearls in their soft cloth jewellery pouch, or a separate compartment of your jewellery box to avoid being scratched. Do not hang silk knotted pearls for extended periods of time as this will stretch out the silk cording.

To keep your pearls lustrous, gently wipe pearl strands with a dry, lint-free cloth after each wear.

We carefully source the highest quality materials for each Bekah Anne piece. Our crystals are all Swarovski Crystals & are our pearls are all genunine freshwater pearls of AA+ or AAA+ quality. 

Additoinal materials include hand carved mother of pearl shell & natural gemstones.


All our jewellery is made with Nickel & Lead free plating; making the pieces both hypo-allergenic & European Union compliant.

Our metals are Rhodium Plate, 18k Yellow Gold Plate & 18k Rose Gold Plate.
